Jay Buford
EVP & Chief Sales Officer
“Not only is fly-fishing on a beautiful, cold water stream relaxing, it is the challenge
of imitating nature in it’s most pure form that makes me feel alive. Producing
Marketing ROI holds the same challenge for me, both the art and the science of
direct marketing must combine perfectly to create the opportunity to generate
leads, acquire and retain business and ultimately ROI. The marketer, like the flyfisherman, is faced with environmental factors that can determine the outcome
despite a perfect presentation. Customers can be spooked by the economy, by
their unique personal situation or even by disruptive competitive practices that
create noise that mask the well-designed and timed marketing communication,
to the perfect database, you have so carefully delivered.”Jay Buford, EVP
Jay, an avid outdoorsman, leads our revenue generation strategies.
He still plays men’s baseball, showing the same competitive
nature as when he played for The University of Tennessee Martin.
Jay’s M & A experience in Healthcare contributed to Conclusive’s
strategic acquisitions and capital raise in 2006 which doubled the
size of the company.

managing all aspects of human resources and finance
as well as contract administration and reporting. She held finance positions with Info Systems of N.C. Inc., Sykes Enterprises,

Jay McCroskey
VP of Sales
“The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual.”Vince Lombardi
I grew up around a bunch of ex-professional football players as family friends and played sports my whole life. Being able to compete and test myself was what these guys taught me and without teamwork there was no way we were going to win. I’ve always been captivated at how professional coaches were able to bring a bunch of diverse individuals together for one common goal – to win a championship. Maybe that’s why coaches like Vince Lombardi, Tom Landry, Jerry Claiborne, Phil Jackson and others have always given me motivation. I still find the competitive drive by coaching coworkers and staying active with triathlons.

MCI, GM, Microsoft, AT&T, Checks Unlimited, Kroger,
American General, Rollins and Globe Insurance.
In his spare time (however fleeting it may be) he enjoys skiing
